Bensenville Faces Community Art Project

Do you live, work, or play in the Village of Bensenville?  If so, then you are one of the many diverse faces that make up our community and we invite you to participate in the BENSENVILLE FACES PROJECT.  (Download Flyer)

To participate, simply send your name, phone number, and email to along with your favorite head & shoulder photo.  We will turn that image into a line drawing, and then invite you to register for one of several Paint/Collage events to be held around town over the next few months.  At the event you will be given all the supplies necessary to make a collage portrait of yourself along with an instructor to guide you through creating your own work of art.  Once complete, we will photograph the final artwork to be printed on metal and displayed in town as part of the art installation.  You will keep your original artwork.

Watch this video to see how it works:

All final artwork will also be shared on Instagram using the #BensenvilleFaces hastag.
