and forward it to us once you have the move out date or closing date and time scheduled
(Contact us even if you do not have water services. We still have to terminate your account).
Please pay all your past due bills and have your account number, forwarding address and the exact closing and/or move out date prior to calling us in order to avoid delays.
Final read appointments are no longer necessary as long as your radio reader is working and we are obtaining actual reads from your meter. If an appointment is necessary, we ask that you please try to contact us 7-14 days prior to the time of move or closing as the appointments are scheduled on first come first served basis.
Appointment can be scheduled between 8:00 am and 2:00 pm Monday thru Friday, and 9:30 am on Saturday or Sunday (Saturday and Sunday appointments not available for locations with meter located in the crawlspace).
