The Village is taking a very proactive approach to minimize the spread of the Coronavirus to our constituents and employees.  As such we are requesting that any individuals who currently have signs of an illness, including a fever, cough, sore throat or congestion, or individuals who know that they have been in contact with someone who has the Coronavirus, please consider conducting business with the Village by one of our remote methods below:

• Mail payments to 12 S Center St., Bensenville, IL 60106.
• Payments can be placed in the curbside drop box on the west side of the Village Hall at 12 S Center St., Bensenville.  Please make sure you provide your account number or other account identification information so that the payment can be applied to your account correctly.
• Payments can be made remotely through our website at www.bensenville.il.us using the ONLINE Payments link for most routine transactions.  
• General inquiries can be made by phone at 630-766-8200 during weekday business hours.
• The Community Development department can be reached by phone at 630- 350-3413 during weekday business hours to make inquiries about inspections, building permits, zoning and/or code enforcement.
• Code Enforcement questions and concerns can also be entered on our website www.bensneville.il.us “Report a Concern” on the homepage.

Please see our website at Payment-Methods for more information on alternative payment options.  If none of these solutions work for you and you need to complete your transaction in person, we are asking that you take any reasonable precautions to prevent passing any illness to others.  We have hand sanitizer available at each of counters for your use and a conveniently located bathroom in our main lobby for washing hands, if needed.
